Whether you’re heading out to the nearby beach, taking a stroll along the nearby footpath to Padstow or settling for a breather in the stunning garden while the kids burn off some energy on the lawn, Little Gambia is the perfect base for your Cornish holiday. The space This spacious and welcoming home offers a comfortable stay for families or groups, with generous living areas and a beautiful garden setting. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy lounge with ample seating, a 44″ TV, and a DVD player, a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and cafetiere, and a dining area with seating for six. The utility room includes a washing machine and a separate WC. A bright conservatory at the rear of the house overlooks the lovely back garden and offers additional seating. Upstairs, the property features three bedrooms: a king-size master with built-in wardrobes and a private en-suite shower room; a second bedroom with a super king-size bed that can be arranged as twin 3ft beds (please confirm configuration when booking); and a third bedroom with full-size bunk beds. The family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, WC, and washbasin. Outside, the house is surrounded by large, well-maintained gardens with mature shrubs, a spacious lawn, and a patio area with seating—ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Ample parking is available on-site, and guests have free access to an electric vehicle charger (please contact us to arrange). Linen and towels are provided (synthetic bedding), changed weekly, but guests should bring their own beach towels. This home offers everything you need for a relaxing countryside getaway with space to unwind both indoors and out. Guest access ACCESS: From the gravel parking area at the front of the house, 1 step up into the porch. INSIDE: From the porch you go through to the hallway, lounge, kitchen and dining room which are all on one level. From the lounge and the utility room there is one step over to the conservatory. From the hallway there is 12 steps up to the first floor, from here all rooms are on one level. OUTSIDE: From the conservatory and the utility room there is 1 step down to the patio area and then a further 2 steps down to the lawn. The garden is also accessed via the side of the house. Other things to note WIFI & Broadband is available. Please note the WIFI at this property is not fibre and you are unable to download movies/music etc. We cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. The fire in the lounge is not in use. The garage is not in use. A public footpath to Padstow is nearby across fields with views over the Camel Estuary exiting on Sarah’s Lane (next to Tesco). This route involves several stiles and kissing gates.
