Welcome to our cozy and spacious five-bedroom apartment in the heart of Berlin. The space features a comfortable living area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. All beds can be arranged as double or twin rooms. It's perfect for business travelers, families, and groups of friends. You'll be within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops. Ostkreuz station is just a 5 min. walk away and has a direct, 20 min. connection to the airport and 15 min. to Berlin Main Station. The space The apartment is about 150 sqm and made for 10 people. It has 10 large single beds (100x200 cm), that can be moved together to make king size beds of 200x200 cm, and two large 110x200cm sleeper couches. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and induction hot plates, as well a cutlery and dishes to cook for and serve 12 people. You'll have two showers, one with a toilet, and an extra toilet, so no long shower or toilet queue in the mornings. An iron, a hair dryer and a washer-dryer is available. The apartment is on the ground level. Guest access You'll have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note Providing this apartment to guests in the middle of a residential area makes for an authentic experience, but is only possible if we make sure our neighbours can live in peace. If you're looking for an apartment to have lively dinner parties, this is unfortunately not the right place for you. If you're looking for a cosy base to explore the city, bars and clubs, then you're very welcome! We use a noise sensor that measures decibels in the apartment.
