Welcome to our cozy and spacious four-bedroom apartment in the heart of Berlin! This tastefully decorated space features a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, and five separate bedrooms with high-quality linens. It's perfect for business travelers, families, and groups of friends. With its central location, you'll be within walking distance of some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it easy to explore Berlin like a local. The apartment is about 150 sqm and made for 10 people. Its design style is a trendy mixture of wabi-sabi and skandi, also known as japandi. It has 10 large single beds (100x200 cm), that can be moved together to make king size beds of 200x200 cm, and two large 110x200cm sleeper couches. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and induction hot plates, as well a cutlery and dishes to cook for and serve 12 people. You'll have two bathrooms, and an extra toilet, so no long shower or toilet queue in the mornings. An iron, a hair dryer and a washer-dryer is available. The apartment is on the ground level. You'll have access to all areas of the apartment. We use a smart lock for access so guests can check-in themselves and be as flexible as they want. I'm available during regular office hours (9:00-18:00) and reachable via mobile 24/7 for emergencies. The apartment is located in the lively and trendy neighborhood of Friedrichshain in Berlin, which is known for its vibrant nightlife, street art, and a bustling food scene. The apartment itself is situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, just a few steps away, guests will find a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and bars, offering cuisine from all over the world. The nearby Simon-Dach-Strasse is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, with its many bars and clubs, live music venues, and street performers. For those who prefer a quieter night out, there are also plenty of cozy pubs and wine bars in the area. During the day, guests can explore the neighborhood's many parks and green spaces, such as the Volkspark Friedrichshain or the Boxhagener Platz farmers market. There are also several museums and galleries within walking distance, such as the East Side Gallery, which is the longest remaining stretch of the Berlin Wall. For those who want to venture further afield, the apartment is extremely well-connected to the rest of the city via public transportation, with several bus and tram stops nearby, as well as the "Ostkreuz" train station just a short walk away. Overall, the apartment is the perfect base for guests looking to experience the vibrant energy and cultural diversity of Berlin. The closest train station is Ostkreuz, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away and one of the major train and subway hubs in Berlin. So you're extremely well-connected to the rest of the city and will be just about anywhere interesting in 20-30 min. A useful tool for planning public transportation routes in Berlin is Maps, which will show your the best connections at any given time. To reach the central station, guests can take any S-Bahn in the direction of the city (22 min). The same lines will take you to: - Alexanderplatz (16 min), - Berlin Zoologischer Garten (30 min), - Messe Nord/ICC (31 min), - Friedrichstr (19 min). To reach the airport, guests can take the FEX (23 min). All of these stations have a direct connection to Ostkreuz. In addition to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, there are also several bus and tram lines that run near the apartment, providing further transportation options for guests. You also have several mobile transportation services like Uber, that provide rides and bicycles. Providing this apartment to guests in the middle of a residential area makes for an authentic experience, but is only possible if we make sure our neighbours can live in peace. If you're looking for an apartment to have lively dinner parties, this is unfortunately not the right place for you. If you're looking for a cosy base to explore the city, bars and clubs, then you're very welcome! We use a noise detection device that measures decibels in the apartment. From our experience 95% of groups do not trigger the device at all and 5% trigger the device a lot. We have not cancelled a booking due to noise yet. Photography and film shootings prices differ.
