Welcome to the Bell Road Retreat, Columbia’s quietest getaway! Located just 20 minutes north of downtown Columbia, the retreat is on a pastoral 3 mile gravel road. A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful sunroom overlooking a wooded valley allows for relaxed meals. Relax and enjoy beautiful rural Missouri! The space The 5 acre property is a large wooded hill above a small creek and winding road. The house has an open floorpan with lots of windows and an incredible sunroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the first and second floors of the main house. A quiet caretaker couple live in the garage apartment and they use the apartment, garage and the house basement. There is a locked door between the basement and main house. Other things to note The caretaker couple has a sweet cat named Gary who lives only in the basement.
