The space 2 large bedrooms both with king beds. The basement has a twin day bed that can pull out and convert into a full king bed. 2 full bathrooms, the upstairs bath has a tub and shower, and the downstairs bath has a shower stall. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Heating is provided by baseboard heat. Just know that the baseboard heat can be a bit noisy when heating up or cooling down as the metal is expanding or contracting. The sound is comparable to a clicking sound for about 2 minutes when the heaters are warming up or cooling off. Light sleepers may be bothered by this. You probably will not need to turn the baseboard heaters on between May through Sept. The house is well insulated and maintains temperature quite well. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for 2 closets that we use for personal storage. There is a large closet in the hallway and closet in each bedroom guests may use. The garage is also locked off from guests, as we are currently using it for storage. There is plenty of parking on the parking pad and in the driveway. Other things to note We do not provide snow removal from the driveway. it's pretty rare to get heavy snowfall in the area. There will be a shovel and salt provided. if you are concerned, park at the bottom of the driveway close to the road.
