This is a privately owned estate with views of the Caribbean Sea. With three separate homes on 30 acres, it is the perfect accommodations for any group and a breathtaking spot for any event. The space El Cerro is a private solitude all its own, completely fenced and electronically gated. The entire property is yours to roam and discover. From our orchard at the front to the dozens of trees around the property, you will have plenty to see, smell, and taste. Come in the summer and you will be drowning in mangos! Walk to town and the beach or stay on the estate and lounge in your private pool shared by three beautiful homes, all with unique amenities and spectacular views. Wonderfully landscaped and maintained, you will be able to enjoy the luxurious renovation of this lovely vacation destination. The property sleeps 16, 10 beds. Baby pack-and-play is also available in each house. The maximum number of guests is 16. No smoking in the houses, no student groups 25 years or younger. When you rent this property, you rent the whole facility. Events are allowed with an additional event fee and require a minimum 5-night stay, however, no events are held at Pool House.
