Welcome to our charming, cozy cottage in Tallahassee's Midtown, less than ten minutes from Doak Campbell Stadium, the Florida State Capitol, Cascades Park, and the city's best restaurants. This is the perfect two queen bedroom stay for game day, concerts, graduation, and more. Make yourself at home with WiFi, live YouTube TV, full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, back deck, and free off-street parking. The space Living Room + Dining Room Kick back in our comfortable and stylishly appointed common areas. Hook up to the high speed Wifi, or enjoy live streaming and on-demand YouTubeTV on the 55" in flat screen. Kitchen The full kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave, plus brand new refrigerator and dishwasher. We've stocked the kitchen with basic staples like salt + pepper, cooking oil, condiments, and more. There's also a Kuerig coffee maker to get your morning started properly. Bedrooms The primary bedroom has a premium Satva queen-sized bed, spacious closet, dresser, and 40" flat screen TV with live streaming YouTubeTV. The second bedroom has a brand new queen sized mattress, full length mirror, spacious closet, and dresser. Both bedroom have USB charging ports on both sides of the bed. Bathroom The cottage's one bathroom has a full-sized tub and Jolie water filter shower head. Outdoor spaces Enjoy your morning coffee or a beer before the game or concert on our back deck or the screened-in side porch. Parking Off-street driveway parking for one car, plus free street parking up and down the block. Guest access The whole house is yours while you’re staying. The screen porch and back deck are great for morning coffee. Other things to note Location Our cottage is located in the historic Old Town neighborhood of Midtown Tallahassee. We are very close to the main attractions of the city. • 10 minute drive to Doak Campbell Stadium (Go Noles!) • Less than 10 minutes to FSU's main campus • 7 minutes to the Florida State Capitol • 5 minutes to Cascades Park and its outdoor concert venue. It's also an easy 15 minute walk. • 5 minutes to great restaurants like Kool Beanz Cafe, El Tacorido, Izzy Pub, and many more. • 5-10 minutes to several Publix supermarket locations, and to Tallahassee's Whole Foods.
