Enjoy your stay at our sweet little cottage located close to Butler Country Club, multiple golf courses, Wedding Venues, Butler Regional Airport, great restaurants, breweries and wineries! 10 minutes from Saxonburg and Downtown Butler. Watch small planes overhead, and walk your own private pathway to Helltown Brewing Co. 1st floor features the master bedroom with a queen bed, walk in closet and a full bathroom with a shower. Master has a small sofa and chair as well. 2nd floor has a King size bed which can also be converted into 2 twin beds. (IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE KING SEPARATED INTO 2 TWIN BEDS, PLEASE REQUEST AT TIME OF BOOKING) Keep in mind the staircase is narrow and has a low ceiling so this space is not for guests over 5'9 or 10". Ceiling upstairs in King/Twin Bedroom is low. There is a fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot and french press, dishwasher and microwave, electric stove and refrigerator. There is a TV in the living room for you to enjoy your streaming services and games in the master closet. Dining room has a table and 4 chairs as well as a small bar area. The front entry contains a desk area as well as a washer and dryer. There is a second full bathroom with tub off of the living room. There is a small covered back porch with a cafe table and chairs. The front porch has a pergola to provide shade and a cafe table and chairs where you can sit and watch small planes take off and land from the airport. There is a cute back yard with a private pathway that will lead you to Helltown brewing where you can enjoy local brews, food trucks and acoustic music. You will have full access to the house and yard, just not the basement. We are available for questions any any time! Greystone Cottage is in a residential neighborhood close to the Butler Country club and Succup Nature Park. We are on a small lane - not on a main road, so it's more private. Helltown Brewing Co. Succup Nature Park and Wedding Venue, and Serventi's on The Runway Restaurant are all within walking distance (half a mile) as well as Butler Regional Airport. You can walk around the small neighborhood as well. You are also within 10-15 min of downtown Butler and Saxonburg with quant shops and antiquing. We are 30 minutes from Cranberry Township and 45 minutes to Pittsburgh. There are numerous Wedding venues in the area including Succup, The Mansion, Armstrong Farms, The Barn and Butler Country Club. Close Breweries include: Helltown Brewing Co., Conny Creek Brewing, The Corn Crib, Butler Brew Works, Cellar Works, and Recon. Wineries include: Rustic Acres, Heritage Winery, Winfield Winery, Anna Marie's Star Hill.
