Spacious Lakeview Retreat –3BR, 4BA,Prime Location

Our home is located right in the heart of Lakes Entrances with views of the Cunninghame Arm from the balcony and dining table. Simply walk to the various Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, and entertainment venues along the Esplanade and Myer Street all within a few hundred meters. This includes main beach, with the footbridge a few minutes walk away. All three bedrooms have an ensuite and an additional bathroom behind the Kitchen. The space A recently upgraded townhouse (all new furniture) with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the upstairs bathroom includes a spa bath. There is a 4th bathroom behind the full-size kitchen next to the laundry (containing a washing machine and dryer). Two bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom 2 King Single Bunk beds suitable for adults (sleeps 4). The unit is suitable for up to 3 couples traveling together, two families with kids sleeping in the bunk bedroom. There are two living areas, the upstairs being an open plan area with a lounge, dining, and workstation. Downstairs a smaller lounge area with a TV including a PlayStation (all installed games are G or PG). A large skylight and void provide plenty of light to all living areas and a balcony to sit and enjoy the views of the lake. The townhouse complex has a shared BBQ area just across from the unit. Guest access All parts of the house are accessible*; however, some storage areas are locked to store personal possessions. *If not, all bedrooms are required, we may lock the additional bedrooms to help keep cleaning costs down. Other things to note If additional beds are used beyond what is booked an additional cleaning charge may will be imposed.
