The space The house was built in 1954, in the classic Florida mid-century modern style. We restored the terrrazo floors to the original condition in 2017, and things are sparkling like new again. The windows are all upgraded. Besides the beautiful floor, the generous amounts of sunlight is one of the place's most appealing facets. Guest access The whole house is available to guests. Other things to note Have fun and enjoy all the great nature, culture, and food that Gainesville has to offer. It really is Florida's hidden gem -- but don't tell too many people.
