Centrally located in the heart of El Paso, with easy access from I-10, you are minutes away from downtown attractions. Our house is old, and during the summer months, temperatures in El Paso, TX can get very high. While we do have a refrigeration unit, during peak hours, the indoor comfort level might not be optimal. We want to ensure that you are aware of this before booking during the summer months. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. The space The house is equipped with an electric metal gate that opens to allow for parking even though there is plenty of free street parking. The house is close to an elementary school so you will hear the energetic sounds of children playing during school hours. From the patio or the back porch, you will have a beautiful view of El Paso's mountain. Guest access Guest can enjoy the entire house, including the patio, back porch and landscaped area. Parking on top of grass area is absolutely prohibited and we kindly ask our guest to respect our wishes. Other things to note We do have a remote front gate opener that is available to our guest if they want to park inside on top of the concrete driveway. We do ask to be careful with the remote. If lost or misplaced, a $200 fee will be charge to the guest credit card on file. The house has a 220 Volt (Nema 14/50R) plug for guest with electric vehicles. The plug is inside the driveway. We do not provide the charger but guests can bring their own.
