Quiet residential neighborhood. The space 🏡 Located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance, the accommodation offers a comfortable and functional setting, ideal for business stays, families, or travelers passing through. You will enjoy a pleasant private garden with a barbecue, table and garden chairs for sharing your meals outdoors. The apartment has a beautiful, bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishes and utensils), which opens onto the dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room includes two 3-seater sofas, one of which is a sofa bed offering extra sleeping space (140 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. On the night side, you will find, • Bedroom 1: two single beds 90 x 200 cm that can be pushed together as needed, as well as a baby crib. • Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a desk space ideal for teleworking. The bathroom, bright thanks to its large window, is equipped with a bathtub, a heated towel rail and a vanity unit. A hairdryer and a first aid kit are at your disposal. The accommodation also has a separate toilet, a washing machine and plenty of storage space to make your stay as pleasant as it is practical. Guest access 🚗 **Guest access** Guests have a parking space in the property's courtyard. To make your arrival easier, please let us know the number of vehicles expected when you make your booking. 🚲 **Guests on bicycles** A cellar can be made available for storing your bikes during your stay. Please request it before your arrival so that we can make it easy for you to access it. 🚖 **VTC service by reservation** For added convenience, we can put you in touch with our partner VTC for your transfers to train stations, airports or businesses in the region. To ensure availability, all requests must be made at least **48 hours before your arrival or departure**. Our team remains available before and during your stay to support you and make your arrival easier. Other things to note ⚠️ **Other details to note** • Vehicles must be parked on the right side of the courtyard, in the space provided for this purpose. • The linen and equipment stored in the storage bins are exclusively reserved for the operation of the accommodation. Please do not use or move them. Any unauthorized use may be charged. • Please always put the TV remote back on the coffee table after use. • For any stay of 14 nights or more, a cleaning service is mandatory to ensure the upkeep of the accommodation. This service includes a complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels. Price: €50. • Please do not move the furniture. • Guests are responsible for disposing of their waste. Garbage must be placed in the containers located at **Place du 8 Mai 1945**. Recycling must be respected, including for glass bottles and packaging, which must be deposited in the dedicated containers. In the event of non-compliance with this instruction, a flat fee of **€20** may be charged for the removal of waste. • We ask that you report any anomaly, damage, or problem you notice as soon as you arrive and before you settle in, so that we can act quickly. • An invoice can be provided upon request.
