Howdy! Welcome to our Historic District game day guesthouse. We are conveniently located just blocks from Texas A&M's campus! Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! Thanks and Gig Em! We hope you enjoy your time in our home and in College Station! Permit: STR2023-000042 The space The house has two bedrooms on either end of the house with attached bathrooms. The house layout is featured in the listing photos! We recently added a propane fire pit and putting green to the back yard. The common space living room/kitchen is located between the two bedrooms. The couch does have a full sized pull out bed located it in. The chaise on the couch stores the bedding for the pull out couch and the closet in the larger bedroom has a mattress pad to help make the pull out be the most comfortable it can be. The second bedroom also has an added day bed with two single beds with real mattresses.
