Less than 5 minutes from I-10, our Daphne condo is 15 minutes to Mobile and 15 minutes to Fairhope. You will be less than 1 hour to the Gulf Coast beaches. Enjoy the swimming pool and nearby views of Mobile Bay. The space Our recently remodeled and furnished 1st floor studio condo, Gone Coastal, has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a small and stylish space. The bedroom area features a new king sized high quality memory foam mattress and premium linens. You will appreciate the small full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, freezer, apartment-size oven , dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The dining table for 2 can also be used as a workspace. The living area has a loveseat and a chair with ottoman and a 43 in Smart TV ready for you to sign in to your streaming services. There are 2 large closets to unpack and store your items. The bathroom has a tub and shower, plenty of fluffy white towels, a hair dryer and starter supply of toiletries. Enjoy your coffee or wine on the back porch overlooking the pool. Walk 2 minutes and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on Mobile Bay. Coin laundry room is just steps from the unit. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo, 2 swimming pools, coin laundry facility, and the property grounds. Parking is available directly outside the unit just steps from the front door. Other things to note This unit is on the first floor. There is 1 step onto the front porch and also a step in the bathroom. The condo complex is a quiet and peaceful setting with many long-term residents.
