We are available for any questions or needs. The space The cozy apartment for rent is ideal for two people. With a bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, blackout window and TV, it guarantees a restful sleep. In addition, an iron, hair dryer, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The bathroom with bathtub provides amenities such as cream rinse, shampoo and soap for a complete experience. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer to prepare delicious meals during your stay. In the living room, you will find a table set with four chairs, a flowerpot, a bench and a small coffee table to enjoy moments of relaxation and entertainment. The air conditioning in the living area achieves a pleasant ambient temperature, extending even to the room. Central heating in all rooms ensures comfort on the coldest days. Located on the fourth floor with an elevator, the building offers the convenience of an uncovered garage, at an additional cost per night. With availability subject to consultation at the time of booking, the garage can be paid for at check-in for greater convenience during your stay.
