The space At the entrance, a large living room, with a sofa for 4/6 people and a cozy fireplace. From here there is direct access to the balcony, overlooking the river with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, equipped with a dining table for 6 people where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a large counter for your preparations and a large chopping board that can be opened when needed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary tools. On the ground floor also a small dining room or space dedicated to work. A service bathroom completes the floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Suite 1 (double bedroom + sofa bed) is equipped with a comfortable king size double bed and a French sofa bed. The room has a full bathroom with window and walk-in shower, sanitary fixtures, hairdryer and courtesy kit. The room overlooks the river directly and from here you can enjoy the view of the hills. Suite 2 (double bedroom) is equipped with a comfortable king size double bed and a sitting area directly overlooking the surrounding nature. The room is completed by a complete bathroom with window and walk-in shower, sanitary fixtures, hairdryer and courtesy kit. The property is completed on the lower floor by a large room which represents the heart of the house, equipped with a long table for your dinners, a lounge with 55' TV and soundbar, and a warm pellet stove. Outside, a large garden with private access to the river. Sun loungers and umbrellas, a play area for children, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven are available. Each season offers glimpses and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Guest access Simple access to the house through an independent entrance. Large private parking inside the property, protected by an automatic gate.
