Truly a great place STAY while visiting Newport and all it has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to entire condo, separate entrance and shared yard but rarely used by other tenants. This property is pet friendly! $350/pet and a pet deposit fully refundable if no damage is done. It is subject for approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property. Other things to note Walk to water! Water views from the top floor. This is part of a multifamily home however, there is a separate entrance.
