Our air-conditioned, comfortable and peaceful house, ideally located in a small quiet village of Auxois, 30 minutes from Dijon and Beaune (A6 access 8 km away) The house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and TV area, a toilet, and upstairs 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a toilet. Baby equipment available Guests can take advantage of the enclosed outdoor space as well as a courtyard to park their vehicles. Non-smoking house. The space Do you like the quiet of a country village? You'll love our house... so welcome to our home! You will stay with a maximum of 6 people. Our stone house, air-conditioned is located in a quiet village of Auxois, at the gates of Morvan. It consists of a ground floor with a large air-conditioned living room: - Living room side, you can relax in our sofa bed with chaise longue, while enjoying the games/reading area or the TV (Wi-Fi, Orange TV box) - In the kitchen, you will have the opportunity to cook as if you were at home! In this space you will find a central island with plenty of storage and all the necessary equipment for cooking, as well as electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Wine glasses await you to taste our fine Burgundy wines - a toilet - a washing machine under the stairs From our living room you will have access to both the enclosed space on the garden side and the courtyard on the street side. The 1st floor consists of: - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 on the courtyard side and 1 on the garden side) with 160 x 200 cm beds, a spacious dressing room and a television in the bedroom on the courtyard side and a shelf in the bedroom on the garden side - a bathroom with a vanity unit (storage available with storage baskets), an electric towel dryer and a spacious shower. - a toilet Outside you can enjoy an enclosed, not overlooked, plot with a garden furniture table/parasol and a gas plancha. The house is non-smoking, you will find ashtrays outside. We don't allow noisy evenings, out of respect for the neighborhood and no additional guests in the rental (compared to the initial booking) Guest access We are easily reachable (phone and text). You can stay with a maximum of 6 guests Other things to note There are steps to get into the home from the outside. The bedrooms are upstairs and there is a bed in the living room (sofa bed). The house is located next to the village church, in a very quiet area, you can find calm and serenity. Our house is "non-smoking"
