Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage. Arrival Information Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have regarding your arrival. Essential Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we only provide a starter supply of essential items. These include: Two garbage bags Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom) Paper towels Dish soap Hotel shampoo/conditioner and soap We recommend that guests bring any additional supplies they may need during their stay, as we do not provide extra items such as detergent, liquid soap, or additional paper goods. WE DO NOT PROVIDE SALT OR PEPPER Extra Services If the property includes a grill, please note that there is a $29.95 usage fee. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know at least one day in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. Pet Friendly This home is pet-friendly. We allow up to 2 pets under 35 lbs each. A third pet under 35 lbs may be permitted for an additional $75 fee. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any pet-related damages or additional cleaning (including excessive hair) may result in a fee starting at $250, charged only if applicable after check-out. Trash Guidelines Trash bins must be stored inside the garage at all times. They cannot be left outside. Pickup day: Monday morning. You can place the bins outside on Sunday evening and bring them back into the garage by Monday evening. Please make sure to follow this rule to avoid any penalties. We appreciate your cooperation and are here if you have any questions. Parking Please be aware that parking regulations in the area prohibit parking next to the curb on the side where the house is located. There are signs indicating "No Parking" in these areas. However, parking across the street from the house should be fine unless you are blocking pedestrian walkways or parking on grass, which is not allowed. Please note that all reservations must be made by a guest who is at least 21 years old.
