You have views in the distance from the top balcony of the ocean. (Approx 2 minute walk to beach) The main level has the open/living room and a primary suite, and laundry room. Upstairs you will find a family suite featuring a king bed and 2 twin bunks. This room has a large walk in closet and full bathroom. An additional bedroom upstairs has a king bed and walk out door onto the porch. The other bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. Both levels offer wrap around porches. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! The porch has views of Magnolia Lake. The space under the home has an outdoor shower area, ample room for 3 or 4 cars, side decking area for golf cart parking, swing, and picnic table. Other things to note Due to local HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The community charges a parking pass fee that is paid directly to the community. A phone number will be provided once you book to call and make payment or you can pay when you arrive. The fee is $15 per day/per car. There is a discount if paid in advance per their timing guidelines. There is an on site golf cart rental office. Please note no one under 16 can drive a golf cart. You must have a state issued ID to drive in the community. During peak season booking are Saturday-Saturday only.
