We live in the house behind and the area is very quiet. Your own private driveway and entrance. Very romantic and picturesque. Close to shops and restaurants. 2 min walk to beach. Stunning views of beach and Rangitoto Island. 1 pull out bed or portacot available for children. Perfect setting for a couple, family or solo escape. The space There is an open plan kitchenette that offers a full range of amenities. The combined living and dining area allows space for socialising and relaxing and the Smart TV gives access to paid and free streaming services. Once again it's hard to miss that view, as you step onto your large private and covered deck. Here you can dine, relax, get some sun or simply watch the waves roll and the sunset. Off the deck and living area is the seperate master bedroom with queen bed (with Egyptian cotton sheets), ensuite bathroom with shower and a walk in wardrobe for your holiday threads. Fully air-conditioned or heated throughout the cottage in both the lounge and bedroom for extra comfort. There is a washing machine and dryer under the house, perfect for longer stays or beach days. Port-a-cot or pull out bed is available, please let us know if you would like us to set it up. Guest access Own driveway and private entrance to the property with parking up the driveway or on the slip road at the bottom of the driveway. We are a 37 minute drive from the airport. Other things to note The bustle and beauty Milford Mall and Milford Beach are just a short walk down the hill from your stay. Milford is where you can find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. However, having a car is always handy to explore the surrounding North Shore and local beaches, and free off street parking is included in the booking.
