MAIN DESCRIPTION In the nearby of the white sand beaches Lo Squalo, the Pellicano and Pittulongu, known in the area for small restaurant kiosks where you can taste the typical sea food of the area, Bellosguardo includes three accommodations located in the homonymous residential complex. The apartments are arranged ground floor / first floor and have beautiful sea view, wi-fi, private parking, covered outdoor veranda, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa, for a total of 4 beds each. Among the amenities available: washing machine, dishwasher, veranda, reserved parking space, 80 meters away from the sea. The beaches of Lo Squalo, Pellicano and Pittulongu are about 2 minutes away by car. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Bellosguardo 4 apartment is a graceful three-room apartment located ground floor with 10sqm covered veranda, 40sqm garden with green lawn and sea view: here you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze throughout the day, the sea is in fact just 80 meters away from the house. The covered veranda has a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs. The accommodation, well finished and well kept, has comfortable spaces to accomodate up to 4 guests: the living room has a dining table and a relaxation area with a TV and a sofa, a kitchenette with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and a stove. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: double with wardrobe, double with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved uncovered parking space is available for the accommodation. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free. Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
