Stay at the gates of Uzès in a typical Provençal village house, it is ideal with its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and heated pool for a stay with family or friends. It is located in the village of Saint Laurent la Vernède and close to many tourist sites of Provence Gard, Lussan, Saint Quentin la Poterie, Pont du Gard... Recently restored, it offers optimal comfort and quality amenities in its indoor and outdoor spaces. The space The house offers on the ground floor a dining room open to the kitchen, a double bedroom with its bathroom, a laundry room and toilet. On the first floor, there is a living room with TV, a double bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, two double bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet (bathroom located in one of the bedrooms). Note: the floors are accessible by stairs, the staircase from the 1st to the 2nd is a miller's staircase. The outdoor area offers a wooden terrace at the back of the house, an equipped summer kitchen, a Mediterranean garden with a heated pool from May to September. Guest access The house, yard, pool and garden are for the sole use of guests. Other things to note Free parking is available in front of the house.
