Although some parts of the road are steep, even a compact car can effortlessly reach the house. About the Area: Situated in a charming subtropical valley shaped by the river Loba, the house finds its place in Los Guajares. Embrace the allure of Los Guajares and all it has in store for you. As the villa is located in the countryside, you may occasionally see wasps, particularly around midday when they're drawn to water. This is a natural part of the environment, as the property is surrounded by fields and nature. Wasp pest control is currently banned in rural Spain to help preserve the ecosystem. While we do our best to limit their presence - including regularly spraying the terrace to prevent nests - a few visitors from nature may still appear.
