The space Modern and functional apartment, with 3 double bedrooms and a large living room with integrated kitchenette, in which to enjoy splendid sunsets, without more than look out at its large window. In the living room, two large tables with chairs allow you to eat , play, work, whatever you need. Also the sofa is transformed into a comfortable 135cm cama. Sofa bed linens are only provided when requested in the reservation. This is when it is occupied by 7 or 8 people, and a small surcharge is required per additional person. One of the living room walls turns into a big TV and CINEMA screen! IT'S ALL AN EXPERIENCE! Bring your hard drive or your stick or watch a movie on TV! There are two full bathrooms with showers, for more comfort. The rooms are big and cozy. It is a comfortable new apartment, with white aluminum tilt-and-turn windows and screens in all rooms. Guest access The apartment is a ground floor in a newly built house, on a quiet street, with beautiful views of the mountainside and free parking at the door. The living room-kitchen has a large American bar and four very comfortable stools, where you can have an aperitif while cooking. It is an area with great charm for children and adults, for its comfort and layout. The central tables guide you to a large window with beautiful mountain views and an unbeatable place to watch the sunset. It is the main point of the house. In your office, there is an area to have your coffee or tea. On the one hand there is a Nexpreso coffee maker for which you will have several charges available, free of charge, upon your arrival. There will also be an Italian coffee maker, if that's easier for you. You can find ground coffee and /or single-dose for the Nexpreso in the village supermarket. A kettle will also help you prepare your teas or infusions. There are also several single doses of sugar, tea, salt, oil and vinegar. In each toilet there will be a hand towel for the tenants to use. And on their beds, a shower towel for each. The beds have sheets and a duvet cover with padding. We leave some extra blankets in case someone needs them. The sofa bed is very comfortable and easy to open and close. The backrest pillows are stored in a hollow that has for it and are covered with the backrest, which is folded and next to the seat form a 135cm bed. The sofa is protected to preserve its upholstery as best as possible, and the protective cover can be washed without problems. The PELLET STOVE is easy to turn on and off. Responsibility is required in the use of all of them. The windows have mosquito nets for use in summer. In winter they are not used and are protected above.
