Concrete floors with natural stains, uneven paved tiles in the backyard so come prepared to be close to a natural environment. There’s ceiling fan, portable tower fans, and space heaters. No standard built in ac. No AC. It’s hillside so if doors aren’t closed, there will be some insects like roly pollies, ladybugs hummingbirds that can come in. Our guests have enjoyed the glamping nature aspect of our home. If you’re looking for polished and standard hotel type of place, this is not it. Just saying :). There’s also a separate yoga studio with a sofa bed for your private use as an office or when you have a larger group of up to 4 people. Guest access All of the backyard is yours. Uneven paved tiles there so please WATCH your step. Separate from the guest house, there is a games room that could be an office with a pop up desk and a full size sofa bed. In the guest house, there is a kitchen, shower in a new bathroom, queen size bed in the bedroom and a reading nook with a day bed mattress fits one more. The total private space of 2 structures can sleep up to 4. This is all private and not shared. Electric car charger is not available for guest use at the moment. Other things to note The games room / yoga studio in the backyard is a separate and private structure you’re welcome to use. It is not part of the guest house. It is about 20 steps from the guest house and the paved tiles are UNEVEN. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP! If you require flat surface at all times or are uniquely abled, the steps will be a challenge.
