The Upper Level (Staircase only) has 2 bedrooms; Queen bed & Twin bed in one room , the other with Twin bunk beds and an extra Twin bed. (Linens provided.) Single bathroom with Tub/shower unit, hair dryer, (Towels provided). Includes Flat screen TV, Thermostat controlled forced heating, Ceiling Fans and wood burning free standing fireplace. Full Kitchen with Microwave, Coffee Maker, Hot Pot, (Dish towels provided). Houses up to 6 persons. This property houses 7 beds. Price is based on 7 persons, guest count after this is an additional $10.00 per night per additional guest up to 10 persons. Guest access The entire duplex rents as a single unit. Whether your group is 1-4 persons or larger groups of up to 10 persons, you will have access to both upper & lower units, outdoor space and laundry area. You can decide which unit, or both, suit your needs. The garage is not available to guests. Other things to note Plenty of off street parking to accommodate your vehicles and boat trailer. The swimming area is within walking distance and is on PG&E access land. To get there, walk onto the shared driveway directly across the street (east) from the Shell Gas station. Stay to the right and you will see a marked trail that leads down to the lake. Look in the pictures section to see maps. Westwood Beach is another swimming option and is only a few miles from our place. If you don't care to launch your boat at the Marina, Canyon Dam boat launch is approximately 12 miles away, located at the other side of the lake. Take a picnic, your bikes to ride the paved bike trail, and enjoy a fun day on the lake.
