Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay- beautiful bayside sunsets on our private balcony overlooking the bay, spacious newly renovated, updated decor, 2 Bedrm (sleeps 5-6, 3 beds, 1 roll-away & futon) 2 Bathrm (full) condo, full kitchen, dining area, hi-speed Wi-Fi for streaming & work, private pool, many activities & restaurants nearby, Northside park (playgrnd, walking path, ball fields etc) & kayak / paddle-board rentals, & just a short 5min (2blocks) walk to the beach. The space This condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room looking out over the bay, dining room and a kitchen stocked with all the equipment/utensils you will need for your stay! *Bedroom 1 - king bed with a pull-out, single futon mattress, and twin roll-away bed/cot *Bedroom 2 - queen bed with an overhead single loft bed * Pack n Play available, baby safety gate, and infant tub. *Kitchen - dishes, utensils, serve-ware, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, stove, blender, keurig, standard coffee pot, toaster etc. (coffee & tea available) *Dining room - table with seating for 4 and a kitchen island that seats 3 *Balcony - table & seating for 4, 2 chaise lounges, folding beach chairs, sliding door access with screens (please always supervise children on the balcony) - no umbrella due it often being blown away by thunder storms. *Laundry - stacked washer/dryer, detergent, iron & ironing board, drying rack *Utility closet - ample storage for luggage etc *Bathrooms - 2, full shower/tub *Workspace - there is not a dedicated desk, but feel free to set-up at the table, island, balcony, or anywhere you are comfortable! Hi-speed wi-fi provided. *A/C & Heat - central air & heat, thermostat controlled, or open the windows and sliding doors to feel the breeze coming off the bay. *Pool - there is a pool that Building J guests are assigned to - the code to access the pool will be provided upon your arrival (printed inside manual). Children must be supervised and the minimum age with parent guardian is required. *Parking - each condo is allotted (2) parking spaces in specific lots around building J - owner will provide a map of these lots upon booking. *Safety - fire alarms, carbon monoxide detector, baby gate (stored in closet), most outlets have safety covers * NO Pets of any kind (owner has allergy) & condo association restricts pets to allow only those of the owner. **Linens / Towels - provided. Clean Linens & towels are left on the beds for your use. *Televisions - (1) in each bedroom and a (1) in living room - all Wi-Fi enabled SMART TV with a complimentary NetFlix subscription. *Area - Northside Park & playground, kayak rentals, bike rentals, Starbucks, McDonalds, Food Lion, Alley Oops, Pablo’s Bowls, Tequila Mockingbird, OC Crabcakes, so many Restaurants, Wawa and Dumser's are nearby along with many other Ocean City favorites for dining & entertainment. Also, just a few blocks from Fenwick, DE and a short ride downtown to the Inlet & Boardwalk fun. Guest access Please note that this condo is located on the 3rd floor - there is only stair access; the building does NOT have an elevator available. Other things to note It is important to note that this unit is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by stairs - there is no elevator in the building. Once inside the unit, the entry ways to all areas are level. Your children are welcome but must be supervised - the building meets current safety codes but please always take extra precaution to keep them safe on the balcony, near windows, and around the stairs (thank you) Beds comfortably sleep 5, 6th sleeping area is a pull-out trundle mattress. No climbing or standing on railings. No bbq grills of any kind (condo assoc. enforced rule) Balcony is “open-slat”, please be careful not to spill anything on those below you (for example, empty the ice from a cooler into the bathtub, please).
