The newest of Winchcombe’s lodges, this modern and stylish rural retreat is perfect for that romantic getaway or a family break. Nestled in a tranquil woodland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, overlooking lush green fields, it is the perfect haven for those in search of rest and relaxation. The property is built around three trees and a slide leads directly down into the forest area. The main bedroom has a large retractable roof light, ideal for star gazing on a summer's night. The space At a glance: Accommodation (single-story lodge). Bedrooms: 1 super-king bedroom, with hidden cabin bunk beds (full-size single beds) in the lounge. Bathroom: The master bedroom has twin bathtubs in the bedroom and there is also a very spacious shower room and WC. Kitchen: Fridge with freezer compartment, oven and grill, microwave, wine fridge and dishwasher. Minimum two nights stay all year round. Any day check-in. Description: You can make the most of your idyllic surroundings with a private outdoor deck area including a charcoal pizza oven and barbeque as well as table and chairs for al fresco dining. There’s also the added fun feature of a four-metre slide down to our woodland playarea below. Soak up the scenery from your very own four-seater hot tub which comes complete with Bluetooth – perfect for playing your favourite tunes, while luxuriating in bubbles and sipping on something chilled! Inside too, you can settle down for those cosy nights in with the very latest technology, including a 50” SMART TV, DVD and WIFI speaker. The fully equipped modern kitchen, directly off the lounge, comes complete with a range of integrated appliances and all the mod-cons you need for a truly relaxing stay, including a dishwasher. For that extra special personal touch, there’s a welcome basket waiting on arrival for all guests, including fresh milk, fruit and delicious cake. A favourite feature of Jess’s Tree Bach is an electric skylight in the main bedroom. Lie back and watch the stars from the comfort of your sumptuous bed. There’s even a telescope provided! And if you really can’t leave the children at home, full-sized single bunk beds are cleverly secreted in a cabin in the lounge. The contemporary bathroom boasts a huge walk-in power shower, complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. For guests’ ultimate comfort all year round, Jess’s Tree Bach has thermostat-controlled radiators, so you’ll stay cosy whatever the weather. Important stuff: Check in: 3pm Check out: 10am Due to the tranquil nature of our site, the surrounding wildlife and guests staying in our other properties, we politely ask all guests to keep outside noise to a minimum and, at all times, for no loud music to be played. The hot tub is private and exclusively for the use of guests staying in Jess’s Tree Bach. All bed linen and towels are provided. Complimentary towelling robes are also provided for all adult members of the party. Free WiFi. Cots, highchairs, children’s toilet seats, shower stools and toilet frames are provided on request at no extra cost. Gas is provided for the barbecue and wood and firelighters are provided for the outdoor pizza oven. Self-check-in (you will be emailed the key box code and directions prior to your arrival). The owners live on site and can be contacted for assistance at any time during your stay. There is parking for two cars immediately outside the lodge and plenty of parking for additional vehicles about 50 metres away. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer all provided. All kitchen essentials are provided (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea towels etc) A welcome pack of fruit, cake and milk is left for all guests on arrival. Guest access There is a woodland play area (in which Jess' Tree Bach is situated) with fire pit on site is exclusive for the use of guests staying in Will’s Tree House, Jess Tree Bach and the Chicken Shed Lodge. The area also contains a sunken trampoline to release some of the kid's energy! Other things to note There are 5 other holiday properties on our farm - 4 lodges and a tree house. We have 3 alpacas - Barry, Geoff and Pepper, plus two ponies - Stan and Queenie, and about 400 sheep in the fields surrounding the lodge. We have to do twice daily checks and dose of the hot tub for safety purposes - we'll try to not disturb you.
