Perfect apartment for the whole family. It is an entire apartment located in the heart of Chillos Valley, 20 minutes away from Quito. It is located in a house that is inside of a private neighborhood with security guards and cameras 24/7. Inside the neighborhood, you can enjoy the green spaces, basketball courts, soccer fields and outdoor gyms in the two existing parks. Besides, there is a river side walkway in the back side of the neighborhood. Enjoy just a few minutes from Quito. The apartment is located in the first floor of a house. The private parking is located just in front of the apartment. The apartment is 2000 sqft. It has two bedrooms with entire bathrooms in each one. In the master bedroom, there is a queen size bed, and in the other bedroom, there are two individual beds. The apartment also has its kitchen, living and dinning room with a social bathroom. There are TVs in the master bedroom and living room. These Tvs have access to Netflix, HBOMax and DirecTV. In the kitchen, you can find refrigerator, oven and microwave. There are also glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking tools. Inside the property, but outside the apartment, there is a shared laundry room with a washer where you can use it when you need it. In the living room, you will find a complete guide of the amenities of the neighborhood and the interesting places to visit near the location of the apartment. The apartment is rented as a whole, therefore inside the apartment, there will be just the people who did the reservation. The unique shared place is the laundry room that is outside the apartment.
