BEACH EQUIPMENT This villa includes beach chairs for guest use; however, please note that availability and condition cannot be guaranteed, as items occasionally go missing between stays. Beach towels are not provided at this property — as there is no in unit washer/dryer, we are unable to launder them on site. Please plan to bring your own beach towels. SEASIDE COMMUNITY POOL The villa includes access to the community pool on site. Pool availability is subject to seasonal hours and community maintenance schedules. We have no control over pool maintenance, repair, or availability, and unavailability will not be grounds for refund or cancellation. PET POLICY No pets, excluding service animals, are permitted in our community. Service animals must be disclosed to the host prior to booking. RENTAL AGREEMENT & DAMAGE WAIVER Just a quick heads up, as also stated in our house rules, we have a simple, personalized rental agreement for you to sign within 48 hours of booking. You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
