Other things to note There are different terms of use and pricing for the winter season (January to March) and for short-term versus long-term stays. The hot tub is not available from January to March, but from April to December it can be booked at least a week in advance, with an additional $200 service fee. For short-term stays of less than 28 days, sleeping accommodations are for up to 6 guests, including two upper-level king suites with desks and sitting areas—one with ensuite and the other with its own private bathroom—and a main level queen bedroom with a bathroom. For parties larger than 6 and up to 8, there’s an additional $200 fee with a choice between the upper-level family room with a queen sofabed, kitchenette, balcony, and private bathroom, OR the lower level with three convertible twin beds, sitting area, and private bathroom.
