Other things to note HOUSE KEEPING and SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 11am to 4pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. LATE CHECK OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN Chargeable and will depend on availability of villa at that time.Message us 2 days in advance, and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not. MONTHLY STAYS We offer monthly discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest(electricity,tata sky,internet, laundry). we collect a Rs.20,000/- refundable security deposit at the time of check-in against these. Authorized ID proof is required. All meals are freshly cooked in an authentic way and charged as per order. Party and other events are also been arranged by us.
