Villa Madre Perla is an elegant 6,400 sq. ft home in a secure gated community of La Punta. 4 spacious bedrooms (including 2 master bedroom suites) can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Located in a secure, gated community with spectacular 180 degree view of the ocean. Ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, relaxing by the pool in the afternoon, and watching the sunset in the evening. Fast internet access (fiber optic) and full wifi-coverage is available throughout the house. TV with access to US and Canadian channels, as well as a Blu-ray player in the TV room. House is staffed by a lovely couple that make beds, clean and take care of just about anything that comes up. For additional US$50 per day you can have full day chef who buy and cook by your request. Guest access In addition to the villa, guests can access the private, mostly unoccupied, community beach, great for swimming, kayaking and wind-surfing, as well as club house, and tennis courts (for a nominal fee). Other things to note The house has a charming "palapa" (small thatched-roof hut) about 150 steps below the house, right at the ocean. It is a great place to relax during the sunset. House has many steps and levels - it may be dangerous for small children and difficult for the elderly.
