Open glass sliding doors go to the first balcony and outside dining area, with views of the garden and pool. The washer and dryer are also on this floor. You will also find the smart TV here. Upstairs you will find the beachy and natural-lit bedroom. Bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a full bathroom, lots of closet space, a desk, and another large balcony. You will find 2 lounge chairs on the balcony, perfect for your morning coffee to listen to the nature and the ocean. There is a designated car port for you at our home, next to the front door that is suitable for most cars. If you have more than 1 car you will have to park on the main road (Billy Folly) BEACH ACCESS You can walk 5 minutes down the road to the Flamingo or Simpson Bay Villas and enter. These are public beaches. I highly recommend taking a car to some of the recommendations you will find in our House Book on the coffee table.
