Separate laundry room with sink and mirror. Suitable for 6 guests for longer stays. 18 minutes to Linköping city center and 5 minutes to Göta Canal's biggest attraction, Bergs slussar. The space Outdoor hot tub Enjoy the outdoor hot tub (fee may apply). Washroom Fully-equipped for long-term accommodation with washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet and drying rack. There's also a sink, mirror and countertop. Entry floor On the ground floor there is a newly-renovated kitchen (2023), as well as a bathroom, laundry room, bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed, cozy electric fireplace and large-screen TV. A bright veranda offers views of the lake and horse pastures. Backyard & Terrace Outside the porch is a private and secluded terrace with lawn – perfect for sunbathing and BBQ. Upstairs At the stairs there is a living room (designated as bedroom 4). At each gable are two cozy bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds overlooking the lake and horse pastures. In the unheated side windows, there is plenty of room for packing and suitcases. One of the storage rooms has a crib and desk (more desks can be arranged if necessary). Room-darkening shades Bedrooms 1–3 and living rooms have blackout curtains. Guest access You have free access to the whole house and backyard. Note: Side-by-side fridge and freezer do not have water or ice function connected. Please also note that parking is about 70 meters from the house, but you can of course temporarily stop directly at the house for unloading and loading. Other things to note Some cleaning is preferred by the guest. If you keep things tidy during your stay, the time and effort for cleaning will be minimal. A checklist is provided upon check-in. The final cleaning is done by the host.
