This comfortable condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony perfect for slow mornings or winding down after a day of exploring. Cool off in the community pool, or head out to discover nearby cafés, markets, and local favorites. With Wi-Fi, one assigned parking space, and a convenient location just 15 minutes from downtown, the beach, and the airport, you’ll have everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note ✨ We can’t wait to host you! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please keep the following in mind: • Check-in: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. • Please send all guest IDs before arrival. Same-day reservations may require a little extra time for condominium registration. • A Rental Agreement must be signed before check-in. • For everyone’s comfort and security, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors are not allowed. • Please help us respect the community: no smoking, parties, pets, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. • Wristbands must be returned upon departure. Lost wristbands incur a $2,000 MXN replacement fee. • Please park only in the unit’s assigned parking space. Unauthorized parking may result in fines or towing by condominium management. • Condominium rules do not allow towels, clothing, or personal items to be hung on balconies or balcony furniture. • Exterior security cameras are present for guest and property safety. • Pack n’ Play, highchair, beach gear, and additional cleaning services are available upon request. • Parking spaces are compact and may not accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
