s'Ferienhaus is a special place. It should be a home for many. A home for guests who want to create new memories with their loved ones, guests who love beautiful design, guests who like to be outdoors, but also guests who love good food. The house is in a quiet residential area – a place of relaxation. Parties or loud celebrations are therefore not allowed, so that the special atmosphere and good cooperation with the neighbors are preserved. The space The vacation home extends over two floors + basement and adjoining garden. On the first floor is a beautiful and bright kitchen with adjoining living room, a bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, there is also the bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. A highlight is the tiled stove, which provides cozy warmth especially in the cold season. And in summer, the spacious terrace adjacent to the living room with the possibility to barbecue or simply enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire pit. On the upper floor there are more sleeping options. Another large bedroom with double bed and a large room with a French bed and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the mountains and the Bregenz Forest. A highlight for the upper floor is probably the bathroom with steam sauna and hot tub for two people. The basement has a spacious pantry and a garage for one car. Two more parking spaces are located outside.
