Large house in the heart of a 2-hectare park

The Domaine Pechuber, with the volumes of the house (400 m²) and the outdoor spaces (20,000 m²), call for good times shared with family or friends, while leaving the possibility of isolation. A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a large 80 m² courtyard (large table, garden furniture, BBQ), is ideal for outdoor dining. The large heated pool and the fenced park, composed of meadows and forests, are at the sole disposal of the occupants, young and old. The space The house has two adjoining parts for a total capacity of 16/18 people: On the ground floor: - a large dining room with a large table for 16/18 people - an equipped kitchen, with a central island - a living room with TV (connected flat screen) - a PRM bedroom (double bed 160 x 200) with bathroom and toilet and dressing room - a 2nd bedroom (double bed 160*200) with shower room - 2 independent rooms - Laundry Upstairs: - a mezzanine living room - a 3rd bedroom (double bed 160*200) + 1 extra bed 1 person with shower room and dressing room - a 4th bedroom (double bed 160*200) + 1 bench/child bed with shower room and dressing room - a 5th bedroom (2 beds 90*200 twins) with shower room and dressing room - a 6th bedroom (double bed 160 x 200) bathroom and dressing room - a 7th bedroom (2 beds 90*200 twins) - an 8th bedroom (2 beds 90*200 twins) - a desk equipped with an extra bed - 2 independent rooms Possibility of adding an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. Umbrella bed available on site. Outside, you will have - a large courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, ideal for having your meals (outdoor table 16/18 people) or simply enjoying the large outdoor living room - a large in-ground swimming pool (11 m x 4.5 m), heated by a heat pump and secured by a barrier (accessible from May to September, depending on the weather beyond) - a large masonry barbecue, a petanque court, a large trampoline, a volleyball court, a leisure garden, large meadows and a forest. Couple of Ardèche having moped a little, we were looking for a place that would allow us to share the Ardèche of our childhood, associating what we are looking for on vacation, conviviality, calm, comfort and independence. We were won over by this place and its indoor and outdoor spaces, giving the impression of being isolated while located a few hundred meters from the village (where you can get croissants or have a drink) as well as less than 30 minutes from the tourist sites of the southern Ardèche. Accompanied by an architect and local artisans, we began the renovation of this farmhouse in 2023 to make it a holiday home, hosting a large family or a group of friends. We wanted to bring this heritage back to life by infusing it with modern comfort, preserving its authenticity. Guest access With the exception of a shed, you will have access to the entire accommodation and the park, not overlooked.
