Not appropriate to night shift workers. No pets/emotional support dogs. ADA animals trained for a specific task only. The space Cozy, yet very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is a unique design for an RV, allowing lots of counter and cupboard space. The comfortable recliners are heated and include a massage function. The HD LCD TV includes a Roku with Netflix included. You're welcome to log in to any other service that you subscribe to. The bedroom has a queen-sized mattress. The closet is very large, and there is ample drawer space. Pets/emotional support animals are not allowed - no exceptuons. Only ADA animals trained for specific tasks. The drawback to staying in any RV is always the bathroom. Fully functional, although small, it serves one's needs well. Derek is 6'1" and we looked specifically for a tall shower and this one is a good size. Note: Hot showers last about 10 mins due to the 6 gal hot water tank size. It takes 10 mins to rewarm the tank. Discounts available to retired, active duty, reserve, and national guard soldiers, as well as public safety personnel (Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, Dispatchers and Emergency Department personnel). Ample dog walking opportunities exist directly from the steps of the trailer for ADA trained animals Parking is right next to the trailer. Access is via door keypad. Other things to note We become a Superhost every summer, but because we take down the posting in the winter, it resets our status until we get our visitors for the season...stupid policy, but thats how they do it. Amazing hiking opportunities start at just 15 mins away. This RV is set up for a couple - there is a 2 adult maximum per night, no exceptions. A cot is available for a child, free of charge. The dinette does not turn into a bed. Bedding is limited to the queen-size bed. AirBNB members with mobility issues or that have a robust stature would be best to find more suitable accommodations as the entrance to the RV is steep and narrow as well as furniture being made og lightweight materiald to keep the weight of the trailer to a minimum for towing. This is not permanent structure and is not handicap accessible. This has caused problems for previous guests who weren't aware of a typical RV's construction. Our large dogs will greet you at the gate with exceptional love whenever they see you and are extremely friendly. Feel free to come over to the fence and say hello.
