On two floors and over 122 m² of living space, the house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area with adjoining, open kitchen. On the ground floor is the living and dining area as well as the light-flooded heart of the house - the living area with access to the terrace and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and the luxurious bathroom with Finnish sauna. All bedrooms have blackout options and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy sunny summer days on the terrace, including a high-quality electric grill. This house offers the perfect retreat for a Baltic Sea vacation in any season. On the terrace there is a garden table with 6 chairs and a parasol. In front of the house there is a free parking space at your disposal. Guest access Your vacation home is available from 4:00 pm. The key handover takes place via key safe at your holiday home. Please slide down the black hatch and enter the code by turning the number wheels. Then you can easily press the button (left) in the hatch down. The flap opens and you can remove the key. You are welcome to put the key in the key safe when you leave your vacation home for an excursion. This way you cannot lose the key and can remove it from the safe at any time with your code. If you have booked bed linen & towels through us, they will be available in your house upon arrival (if booked no later than 48 hours before arrival). If you have not booked laundry packages through us, please bring them yourself (duvets 135 x 200 cm, pillows 80 x 80 cm). You are welcome to book linen packages for €35.00 per person at any time. Please secure balcony and terrace furniture as well as the parasol against North German storms during your stay. To do this, simply place the table upside down. We hope you enjoy your stay.
