Lovely recently renovated 1800's Coach house, nestled amongst trees and Lancaster canal, 30mins from the Lakes, 10 mins from the beach and 10 mins from historic Lancaster City, polite reminder to all potential guests , the person booming must be a guest that’s staying in the property , we do not accept 3rd party bookings, we’ve had to many issues , we hope you understand The space We’d like to welcome you to our home , but can we please ask that no outdoor footwear is worn on carpets , any damage caused will be charged , this is our home and we have expensive carpets through out Guest access All guests have full aces to the property , reminder to anyone booking the person booking must be one of the guests staying Other things to note The person booming most be one of the guests staying unless pre approved by ourselves failure to do this will void the booking
