Our newly renovated Stanbul House is located in the heart of Istanbul's Old Town, in the charming, authentic, central and colourful Balat district. Our Stanbul House is a former Greek mansion, which we have renovated in a stylish and luxurious way. The house itself is about 300 m from the sea with a roof terrace and sea view. It is located in the heart of Balat, but still in a quiet side street. Numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and boutiques are only a stone's throw away. The space The Sultan Suit has a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sitting area, a big TV and a large comfortable sofa bed. Thus, up to three people can spend a cosy holiday here. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils allows you to cook for yourself. The beautiful bathroom has a spacious shower with good water pressure. The flat is fully air-conditioned and equipped with towels, bed linen, cleaning products, shampoo, hair dryer, conditioner and shower gel. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the house and can be used free of charge. The flat is equipped with all comforts, which will make your stay in Istanbul an experience. Guest access The large, wonderful roof terrace with a view of the sea of the Golden Horn and over the roofs of Balat is at your disposal for common use. Here you can enjoy the view of the sea, sunbathe, watch the sunset with a glass of wine and/or a cigarette. Every guest is welcome on our terrace! Other things to note For stays of 14 days or more, we offer weekly cleaning of the flat free of charge, as well as a change of bed linen and towels. Bed and bathroom textiles are washed at high temperature with laundry disinfectant detergent and ironed at 180 degrees. All contact surfaces in the suit are disinfected. There are no cats living directly in the house, but the streets of Balat are full of cats and it is not impossible that every now and then a cat visits our house. Registration Details 34-1417
