The space The property is located on the 1st floor and can be used by four people. There is a kitchen-living room with a large table and seating and a connected living area with a comfortable sofa. Everything is friendly, bright and designed with enough space. The tiled stove in the kitchen/living area not only gives off a pleasant warmth, but you can also rest and warm up on it. The fee for the wood and special cleaning are included in the price!! The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and electric stove with oven and sufficient dishes. Adjacent are two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, bathtub hot tub and sauna. There is also a guest toilet. In the living area there is a TV and the whole house has Wi-Fi access. However, if it snows very heavily, this service may not work. The house has an outdoor area with a barbecue area. The car can be parked safely on the street. Guest access The entrance is on the left side behind the house. There is a staircase leading to the apartment. Other things to note A shopping facility is located directly after 400 m, to the Demeter farm shop. If necessary, other meals are also possible by arrangement. The location Äule is perfect for other destinations. Such as Feldberg, Freiburg, Titisee, Europapark. In addition, there are very nice hikes from the vacation home, all of which are very well signposted.
