The space The condo listing combines a Villa and Mini-Suite with a door that connects both units. It also offers you the option of closing off one side for more privacy. On the villa side, there is a separate bedroom with an attached bathroom. Also included is a full kitchen, dining area, living room and screened in porch with vinyl windows for use in cooler temperatures. Guest access Guests booking this listing will have access to both the villa and mini-suite, which are connected through the door in the living room of the villa. There are two separate entrances if you wanted the privacy of being able to come and go, as in sharing the space with another couple. Guests must be at least 25 to rent this condo. Other things to note Our Pest Control Company does enter the unit on the 3rd Monday of each month to spray. This is required for each unit in these buildings to keep the pests to a minimum. Starter supplies are provided (kitchen garbage bags, liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels). Additional supplies are the guests' responsibility can be purchased at the nearby grocery store. The pool across the parking lot is available seasonally. The Village Activity Center is currently closed for renovation. Beach towels are provided in the bottom drawers of the dresser. Please wash, dry and place them back in the drawers prior to check out.
