In the center of the city of Vsa, just 4 blocks from the ADO bus station, access is controlled with codes, we have our own parking in the building, 24/7 surveillance, rooftop for social area and to make your stay pleasant, at a comfortable price and central location. WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY!! The space Bedroom with double bed with separate entrance and private bathroom, minibar, A/C, furnished and equipped, with its own decoration and 100% ZEN atmosphere focused on rest. 4 Common areas distributed throughout the building, reception, complimentary water and microwave in common areas, three common areas in case you receive visitors, private parking, CENTRAL LOCATION, STEPS FROM THE CATHEDRAL OF THE LORD OF TABASCO, AND ON EASY ACCESS ROADS, WE INVOICE. Guest access - Private parking (HEIGHT LIMITED TO 2.40 meters PLEASE CHECK THIS POINT BEFORE CONFIRMING RESERVATION) upon arrival, notify by calling the number indicated by the Admin to open it. - We have a small lobby at the entrance, another in the middle of the building, in case you receive visitors and do not want to let them into your bedroom, as well as in the parking lot we have a common area with tables and a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by plants and bamboo, as well as the roof. - Two cleanings per week are included in the bedroom | studio. At check-in, it is indicated which days this service is due. With each cleaning, the bed linen, towels and toilet paper are changed. But if you need any of these three items before the scheduled cleaning, feel free to ask for them at the office at the entrance, as well as shampoo and soap. We are happy to serve you and do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. - Please note that between 6pm and 10pm is when we have the most arrivals.
