Window treatments offer you the ability to control how much light is allowed in and fans help circulate the air at the touch of a button. A well appointed kitchen allows you to cook as little or as much as you want. Laundry (washer & dryer) facilities are available on the first floor should you need them. You'll have access to the whole home for your stay. You'll enter through the garage and just to the right are the laundry facilities including a new Samsung front load washer and dryer. Ascend the stairs to the main living level featuring a 55" TV, luxury leather recliners, an overstuffed LoveSac, and modern office workspace that includes a color printer and mobile phone charging pad. Beyond that are the kitchen and dining so you can cook and entertain. Step out onto the large balcony to watch the sunset while sipping a cool drink. When it's time, take the centrally located stairs up to the 3rd floor where you'll find the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, two walk in closets, and a garden bath. Cleanse your body in the large shower or soak amongst bubbles in the large soaker tub. Continue down the hall to the other bedroom and bathroom where you'll find a queen sized mattress on a remote controlled adjustable bed frame so you can drift off to sleep in zero gravity or on one of three vibration settings. Both bedrooms offer light blocking shades for the ultimate in peaceful sleep. There are 2 rooms unavailable to you because they are storage. One on the first floor next to the laundry, and the other on the 3rd floor next to the guest bathroom. You'll enter the home through the garage using the MyQ app on your phone. A 5 minute drive to downtown Bartlett, and a 20 minute drive to popular St. Charles with fine dining and a beautiful riverwalk. A 30 min drive to major shopping and dining near Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. About a 45 minute commute to O'Hare International Airport. There are nice sidewalks and walking paths to stroll around by foot, however, everything else will require a car. Downtown Bartlett is a 5 minute drive / Uber and offers some cute shops and restaurants as well as the Metra Train to downtown. Suburban South Barrington (posh) and Hoffman Estates are a 10 minute drive north and feature ample stores and dining establishments. Downtown St. Charles is a 15 minute drive / Uber and offers several fine and casual dining options as well as a lovely riverwalk and entertainment options. Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg is a 30 minute drive and offers endless shopping and dining experiences. Ohare is a 45 minute easy commute via I-90.
