The building includes a 24-hour front desk concierge, a 24-hour valet service, and security services. Tiffany House is a private residence that has an amenity level that includes a fitness center, sauna, community room, theater room, and a spectacular pool that has a beautiful view of the intercoastal. The space UNIQUE fully furnished 1 bedroom (King size bed), 1 full bath, plus a Den, living room (Queen size Sofa bed). Resort-Style condo located just a block away from the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach. Beautiful open floor plan, modern finishes, 9 ft floor to ceiling windows, spacious balcony with awesome views. Building amenities include rooftop pool with a full food/bar services (This pool is not under the control of our association, so hours of operation will depend on the entity that manages it) and a second pool on the 4th floor, both overlooking the best views of the intercostal waterways and Fort Lauderdale, Gym, Movie Theater, Sauna, Club Room, barbecue grill, Front desk and Valet parking service 24/7 in building, High Speed Wifi included. All this, with NO RESORT FEE! Guest access The beach is situated just a block away. Beach umbrellas and the chairs available for guests to rent (prices may vary during the year) or 2 beach chairs available for our guests. The water activities are offered all year around nearby, weather permitting: parasailing , jet skies , paddle boarding is available from the independent companies for a price. If you wanted to take a tour on the water around Fort Lauderdale , you can always use a water taxi and see all the nearby attractions. If you don’t have a car, no problem, a lot of restaurants ranging from low, mid and high are all in walking distance from the residence. Many of them offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Whether you want to spend a little or have a fancy meal, the choices are endless. There are many bars along the beach at night closer to Las Olas Blvd that offer live music and dancing . Don’t forget to visit famous LAS OLAS BLVD that is full of fashion boutiques, art galleries , restaurants , sidewalk cafes and bars. Other things to note *$25 fee overnight parking in the Garage, (all nights must be paid upon arrival). Valet parking free of charge for Stays over 28 nights. *REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION All the Guests visiting the property must submit the ID to the front desk at check in time, with no exception . Association rules must be signed at least 24h before check in. *MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please adhere to maximum occupancy of the rental. People who exceed the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued back for not following the rental rules . * NO PARTIES ALLOWED We are only looking to rent to serious and mature people, who would like to enjoy their time in our beautiful unit and nearby amenities of the W hotel. There are no parties allowed inside the property. The guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued if the rental rules are not followed. * STARTER SUPPLIES We include enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other household essentials to last three days. The guest is responsible for replenishing these supplies after that.
