General information about the house: A spacious apartment (95sq.m.) in the center of Volos, awaits you to spend moments of rest, fun or work, alone with friends or with your family. We make sure it's functional, absolutely clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We are constantly improving it. It is decorated with modern and traditional elements while handmade constructions and paintings adorn the walls. The space The apartment is located on the third floor of a four-storey and quiet apartment building. The spaces are: bathroom, 2 bedrooms - rooms and a large living-dining room that communicates with the kitchen, with wooden bar furniture. The 3 rooms have large balcony doors facing southeast with 2 curtains (shading and transparent) and many storage spaces. One bedroom has a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom (work room) has a large desk and a sofa that opens to create two single beds. In the living room there is a four-seater corner sofa that easily converts into a large double bed and air conditioning. The apartment has everything necessary for an independent living (dishes, cookware, kettle, gas stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner). In the area of the apartment and at off-peak hours, it is relatively easy to park. We can, of course, arrange a parking space for a regular-sized passenger car, 30 meters from the apartment building. Enjoy your stay at the house of Volos. Other things to note Although you will be on a low-traffic road, you will have shops of all kinds, a 24-hour market, cafes and the Old Electric Theater nearby. You will be in 5 minutes in Ermou of Volos and in less than 10 minutes in the port. It has wifi and, upon request, a space is available in an indoor parking lot for a medium-sized car.
