The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a game console. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. This apartment offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. Other things to note Alpine chalet located opposite Lake St Grat in the Gordolasque Valley at 1600m altitude. Chalet comprising two gîtes and the owner's apartment. Gîte 'Balarino', on the first level via an internal staircase (shared entrance with the owner). Attention : snow equipment is mandatory from November 1 to March 31 The last kilometer of access is not cleared of snow and may require you to cover this distance on foot, with your luggage (choose backpacks over suitcases!) This constraint, which cannot suit everyone, has the merit of making the site isolated and fully immersed in the wild nature of Mercantour. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels cannot be provided, and bedlinen is available for a fee. Air conditioning is not available.
