The complex is located 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the terminal. It has easy public transportation to the different areas of Armenia. Ara and D1 supermarkets, and fresh meat sales at the entrance. The space It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toiletries, equipped kitchen, laundry area, living room with TV and sofa bed, dining room, balcony and WIFI. It also offers a park and playground, pet area and optional parking. Swimming pool (under maintenance) - Room #1: double bed, hammock, closet and private bathroom - Room #2: cabin with semi-double beds plus single niche and nightstand - Room #3: semi-double bed and closet. Direct access to the balcony It also has a second bathroom, dining room, in the living room there is a sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Guest access The complex has a swimming pool (temporarily out of service due to maintenance), a pet area, a playground and the option of motorcycle or car parking (The parking lot must be booked and has an additional cost, it is NOT guaranteed since it is private but we do the management and most of the time there is availability) Other things to note We are happy to welcome our guests in the company of their pets, we know that the experience of getting to know new places with their furry friends makes it a more meaningful visit. In accordance with the above, as hosts we must also ensure a clean and welcoming space, so we have designed a couple of rules that must be taken into account for stays with pets. PET RULES - There is a pet area inside the complex - You must bring your own bed - You must bring your own personal hygiene items - You must bring your own food and drink dishes - Pets cannot climb on beds, mattresses, sofa or hammock. - You may not use blankets, sheets, towels, or kitchen utensils from the pet lodging - Must be muzzled in common areas - Take your pet to relieve itself in the pet area and pick up its waste in a bag - A deposit of $50,000 must be paid, which will be returned at the end, ensuring that the blankets, sheets, towels and sofa are free of hair and odors from your pet.
